I enjoy doing realism and impressionism. I also enjoy doing abstract sometimes. I like to work in pencil/charcoal, oil drybrush, and traditional oil painting. I have been drawing since I was a small child and started painting in my mid-late 20's. I did an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist and found that I didn't like it as much as working on paper and canvas. I was born and raised in South Carolina moved around a bit in my early adulthood, then came back home. I currently live about 30mins south of Charlotte at the SC/NC state line. I left my job in manufacturing about 3 years ago to pursue my dream of becoming a full-time artist. I admit that it has been a struggle, but I have a supportive wife and my kids are now grown and they are also very supportive.I love to paint and draw, and I hope you find my work acceptable and let me to work with you to create some really good art.
